I find this to be especially useful when I need some courage or expressive energy. If I’m stuck on a project or nervous about an upcoming event.

• Fill your favourite cup with fresh water.

• Add some lovely herbs that corresponds to your intentions.

• Put it out in the blazing sunlight and let the sun infuse and warm the water
