The Earth Element

The element of Earth is eternal, it has a slow, transforming energy pulsating through it, an energy that for us humans, with our short lifespan, can be hard to understand. Einstein said: “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.” The mountains does not stay the same, they wither and change, new magma is being pushed up through the mid ocean ridges as we speak, creating new landmass. Old sediment is being pulled down beneath the continental plates as the great mother turns.

The energy of Earth is that of slow, eternal transformation. The Earth element works in cycles, from seed to blossom, fruit and back again to earth. From winter to spring, summer and autumn. Birth, adolescence, adulthood, old age and death. In this lies it’s power, if you want to manifest something that will grow, build something that will last for a lifetime, earth energy is your best friend.

Give your beautiful body some self love and an apple a day. Meditate on death and what that means to you. Know that no matter what, Mother Earth will carry on.
